Hi Everyone! Here are some things I recommend you bring to Saturday practice at the park to stay cool.
- A big water jug with ICE in it to keep it cold!
- A small spray bottle to mist yourself during breaks.
- Sunscreen
- Tank top and shorts (no tights)
- Hair pulled all back out of your face, You'll be way cooler with your hair out of your way!
